After having "retired" once as a REALTOR® (Connecticut broker for 15+ years), I relocated to Ohio in 2001, and began the process of business building in a state where I was unknown and had few contacts. Because I've only lived here a few years, I don't have a huge client base yet.
Town by town, I've learned my way, studied property values and built my business from the ground up. Unlike some REALTORS® who have friends, family and school contacts to bolster their careers, I don't take anything for granted . . .
